An accommodation in an excellent location. No longer a bustling part of the city, but not yet the suburbs. Very good breakfast, dinner, shopping options in the immediate vicinity. Cleverly thought out, flexible key handover method (hiding place). Well-cleaned, spacious, simple apartment, which also includes a garage space, so if you have your own or rented car, you can safely park.

The apartment is really nice for 3-4 people. The neighbourhood is calm, not so touristy, which is great for a good night rest. Otherwise, the apartment is very well located, at 20 min walking distance to both downtown Sao Bento and outskirts Campanha train stations). We had some technical issues but the team was very reactive and everything got solved promptly. Very spacious, bright, clean and with plenty of storage space. We will definitely consider getting this same apartment, should we come back to Porto!

Unfortunately we can not reccomend this appartment for stay, overcharged, seems like the cheap hostel value where long did not has investments and man hand work. Everything you touch is broaking. The car parking downstairs is so great challange, be careful from the gate which has no sensor driving out, especially when the road up is wet after the rain. Ammenities for 4 people staying 3 nights were more than the joke - micro 1 pouche of salt, sugar, vinegar, instant cofee and Porto map, postcard, the best was note - it will be sufficient for your 1st evening stay! 😉 The only good think is great location and 3 windows in the guest room.

The apt is spacious and clean, located in a quiet local area, but easy access to the city centre (old town), the Campanha station and the airport. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has bathtub which is rare in BnB, there’s also an additional toilet 🚾. Parking is gated in basement, the gate remote control was left by the TV for us. It is a rare apt that has two spacious bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. My partner and I travel with two friends so this is the best option we could find for our holiday in Porto (we notice Porto BnB often comes with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, only good for a family of 4 travelling with children). The two big sofas in this apt can be dubbed as sofa bed (1 double, 1 single). Highly recommend this place if you are travelling in a group up to 7 people. But only one shower/bathtub will not be enough in the summer heat. All rooms come with an electric fan, although quite loud but acceptable, or just open the windows, quite cool at night. The outside streets are busy but not main streets, again the noise is acceptable. Generally a very nice and safe neighbourhood. There’s obvious wear and tear especially in the bathroom and toilet, but acceptable, not as much problem as other guests previously mentioned. The shelves in the double bedroom are also falling, again wear and tear, but I reported it to GuestArtsy.
