Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf das Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, auch wenn Simonas Eltern nur italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns verständigt und Simona war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur und wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Morgens einen Kaffee mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen ist unbezahlbar. Das Meer ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Ich habe in Europa noch nie so Kristallklares Wasser gesehen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche war gut ausgestattet um selber zu kochen. Nach einer Woche gab es sogar frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Toller Service. Der Supermarkt im Ort ist aus meiner Sicht etwas überteuert. Wir sind in einen etwas größeren nach Nardo gefahren. Wir können die Villa Emma uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Simona und ihre Eltern geben sich viel Mühe und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft, beste Lage

Das Apartment bietet sämtliche Ausstattung und Komfort und hat eine großzügige Aufteilung aller Zimmer. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen genau der Realität. Kommunikation mit Simona war jederzeit auf Englisch möglich und stets bemüht und freundlich. Zum traumhaften TOGO BEACH sind es 5 Gehminuten. Supermarkt/ Bäckerei in ca.5Min.mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

beach vacation

we felt very comfortable in villa emma. practical and nicely furnished apartment with beautiful terrace. a short walk leads to the beach where the beach clubs are lined up. but there is also a public section, without deck chairs. very good communication with simona, everything went smoothly. thank you very much!

La casa, a parte qualche sciocchezza da sistemare, è molto comoda e in una posizione strategica sia per andare al mare che per visitare molti luoghi del Salento.

Erholsame Tage in angenehmem Ambiente!

Wir hatten als Familie beide Wohnungen gemietet, was für uns und die Kinder eine optimale Lösung war, da über die Außentreppe jederzeit eine schnelle Verbindung möglich war. Im Oktober ist die Region äußerst ruhig, was uns auch im Hinblick auf die aktuelle Corona - Lage sehr lieb war. Die Wohnung war gepflegt und hatte einen schönen Ausblick zum Meer. Der Check-in Vorgang fand zwar (durch Simonas Eltern) nur auf Italienisch statt, bei Fragen wurde aber sofort eine telefonische Verbindung zu Simona hergestellt, die diese dann beantwortete und uns auch sonst mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand - perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Molto carino. Punto strategico

L'appartamento è molto carino e corrispondente alla descrizione, siamo stati ricevuti con una bella accoglienza dalla mamma della proprietaria Simona, la quale si è dimostrata subito gentile e disponibile, L'unico appunto è per il sito web che non è chiaro sulla posizione, perché abbiamo scelto questa casa per avere la libertà di mandare i bambini in spiaggia da soli, cosa che, nonostante la breve distanza, non abbiamo potuto fare, perché di deve attraversare una provinciale. Altro appunto sempre per il sito, forse anche più fastidioso, è che non spiega che si trattiene la cauzione, al momento del pagamento anticipato che nel nostro caso è avvenuto un mese prima dell'affitto, e che a 2 settimane dal check out, non mi è stato ancora rimborsato.

Paradies!

Wir (Eltern & Kinder 12 und 15) hatten das obere Apartment (blau) für eine Woche im Juli 2020 gemietet und es war absolut perfekt für eine Familie (oder 2 Pärchen). Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick in Richtung Strand der hinter einer Düne (vom Apartment aus gesehen liegt). Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man kann leicht hin und her pendeln und zu Mittag auf der schattigen Terrasse des Apartments essen. Am Strand kann man sich Sonnenschirme und Liegen mieten. Am Wochenende und im August kann der Strand recht voll werden - aber zum Glück sind die meisten Italiener eher spät am Strand (ab 11:00) und so bekommt man leicht eine Liege. Das Wasser selbst ist wie in der Karibik: glaskar, warm und türkis - blau! Schnorchel nicht vergessen. Abends kann man leicht mit dem Auto nach Porto Cesareo oder Gallipoli (oder Lecce - waren wir aber nicht) fahren und dort herrlich frischen Fisch oder Meeresfrüchte essen. Am Quartier selbst gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen (WLAN für kids funktionierte gut und alles ist ganz neu) Die Vermieterin Simona und ihre Eltern waren ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und ich habe mit Simona schon lange vor unserem Aufenthalt auf Englisch gechattet (war ja in diesem Jahr mit Corona nicht ganz einfach die Urlaubsplanung): also ingesamt ein paradiesischer Urlaub in Solento. Mille gracie!

Vacanze in relax assicurato

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane nell'appartamento light blue di Villa Emma, che ha pienamente rispettato le nostre aspettative. Locali spaziosi e puliti, casa dotata di ogni comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata...) Due bagni con docce molto spaziose, terrazzo coperto dove si può pranzare e cenare godendo della meravigliosa vista mare accarezzati da una piacevole brezza. Lo consiglieremmo anche a famiglie con bambini, poiché dispone di lettino, seggioloni e passeggino. Comoda anche la presenza di ombrelloni e di sedie da spiaggia. Parcheggio sempre disponibile lungo la via fronte casa. Posto tranquillo e vicino al mare. L'accoglienza della Signora Rosanna al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto sentire a casa dopo tante ore di viaggio. Tutto questo circondato da un mare caraibico. Assolutamente da consigliare. Fam. Sala

Vacanza perfetta per chi ama il confort e la tranquillità

Simona e i suoi genitori sono persone molto gentili e disponibili. L’appartamento al primo piano è proprio bello, curato nei dettagli e confortevole. La casa è fuori da Torre Lapillo, quindi in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Per noi la soluzione ottimale, visto che il paese si raggiunge in 5 minuti (in auto). Spero di poter soggiornare nuovamente a Villa Emma, magari anche con amici. La villa infatti è congeniale anche per ospitare più famiglie. In sintesi: la descrizione corrisponde al vero! Unica pecca della vacanza non legata a Villa Emma e facilmente risolvibile con un minimo sforzo: la spiaggia di fronte quest’anno non era ancora pronta ad accogliere bagnanti, ma a pochissima distanza il mare cristallino del Salento ci ha confermato la sua bellezza

Appartamento perfetto

Siamo stati ospiti nelle settimane centrali di Agosto, nell'appartamento al primo piano, due coppie con due bambini. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalla eccellente pulizia, organizzazione degli spazi, arredamento nuovo, accessori di ogni tipo, che hanno reso la vacanza, molto comoda. L'accesso alla spiaggia avviene tramite una strada sterrata, percorribile in 5 minuti reali. Ci torneremo senza dubbio. La casa è molto bella, nuova, pulita, comodissimi i bagni con accesso diretto dalle rispettive camere da letto; bella e comodo la terrazza. I proprietari sono davvero molto disponibili e gentili, hanno sempre accolto le nostre richieste e ci hanno aiutato in tutto. Il mare è a poche centinaia di metri. Internet non prende un granché. Ottima esperienza!
