stairs from the courtyard, shared among the units, arrive n the first
floor. This floor opens into a corridor which is shared with the
adjacent holiay home and takes to the apartment for 5 guests.
The two-bedroom apartment consists of a corridor, large living room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and sofa bed and 1 bathroom.
Moreover, there is a lovely terrace with view on the sea.

The
apartment Suite Hespera PP is on the first floor of a modern and
newly-built seafront complex, in a residential area overlooking the
small harbor and with view on the Isola dei Conigli, less than 500
meters away from the closest beach establishment.
Moreover, it is
close to the main town services and a small playground by the sea. It is
also near to the amusement park and the seafront promenade that arrives
at the city centre, which is within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom has no window.
