We booked a room and they gave us a different room with a smaller bed, we were on our honeymoon and they refused to compensate for their mistake. Instead offered a different room for 1/3 nights and 2 drinks from the bar which was a joke my wife and I don’t drink which they didn’t even bother to ask. The property is still under construction so there’s that and they played music around the property pretty loud till midnight which was annoying when we were trying to sleep
