GoElba biedt geen support

Omdat we op de dag van de check in geen informatie hadden ontvangen zocht ik contact met de verhuurder. Dat contact verliep niet goed. Uiteindelijk via WhatsApp de basisinformatie over de check in ontvangen.Er werd geen actie ondernomen op verzoek om ontbrekende remote control aan te leveren. Er was geen informatie over het afvoeren van huishoudelijk afval en geen enkel contact over de check out.De locatie is ruim en prima gelegen, op loopafstand van het centrum. De locatie beschikt niet over Wifi en heeft slecht 5G bereik.De wasmachine was erg vies.
