The square and promenade are the real meeting point of the whole town and in summer host various musical and entertainment events; also in the immediate vicinity is the colorful handicraft market, which brightens summer evenings. Also countless restaurants renowned for seafood dishes, open-air venues, stores, and souvenir stores.
