Security in the building 24h. Home-office, wi-fi and built-in barbecue. Excellent location, 50m from Av. Assis Brasil, near the American Consulate, Cristo Redentor and Conceição Hospitals and Iguatemi, Bourbon Country, Lindóia and Wallig Shopping Centers.
