This property is very clean and located in a quiet part of town. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk agent was accommodating to my daughter and I which I sincerely appreciated. Would recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Nice clean hotel close to the shops. Have stayed a few times and always good.

It’s a nice hotel! Walking distance to everything, hot tub, pool and exercise room. The staff were all super friendly. Would stay again.

hotel is in rough shape. bathroom door doesnt close, toilet squeals when flushed. dirty dishes in hallway for days, lobby smells. hotel bar staff were slow and unfriendly.

Lovely hotel, easy walk to downtown. We asked to change rooms because we had a connecting room with happy, but loud people next door and we were accommodated with a un-connected room...thanks!

We visit Maine every summer, and when we find an affordable rate at this hotel, we love to stay here. Found a great rate on Orbitz.

This hotel is very convenient to shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dominos is right nearby for a pizza fix in the evenings, and they even deliver to the hotel. I plan on staying here again in the fall.

We got my mother a room for her birthday this weekend and the staff could not have been more accomidating. She had a wonderful time. Great location, great quality, great pool and hot tub. Overall will absolutly return.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. Both my room and the conference facility were very clean and comfortable. The lobby staff were very friendly and cheerful. I ordered room service which was promptly delivered and tasted wonderful. Also, my conference was catered by the hotel and I was very pleased with the selection and quality of the food. Great sized parking lot. Hotel is within walking distance of many outlet stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, and in fact am trying to convince hubby that we need to take a weekend vacation with plans for booking this hotel.

I will say the beginning of this trip did not start well. We were on the 3rd floor and there was 2 couples with small children. They decided it was a good idea to let the kids run up and down the hallway. They were pretty loud. We went to the lounge for a drink and i made my concerns known to the front desk staff. Not only did they move our room to another floor they also upgraded the room for us. We slept great and it was quiet. The room was great but we found out the day we checked out we could have used the Adjustable beds, oh well. The location is perfect and withing walking distance to all the outlets and shops. You can also walk right up to the Jameson Tavern which was awesome. The on site lounge had some great Martini's and the service was a pleasure. All in all I would recommend this hotel to couples, families and there was even a wedding on Saturday as well.

Hotel is close to all the activities and outlet shops. Always remember to request a room away from the train tracks unless you do not mind a 06:15 AM wake-up call (TOOT TOOT!) Hotel staff is friendly and very informative.

My wife and I stayed at this Hilton Garden a few years ago and everything was perfect so we were excited to return. Everything was going well until we awoke after our first night and my wife started to scream that there were multiple small bugs crawling in our sheets. I thought she was joking, but unfortunately she was not. I'm not sure what kind of bugs they were. They looked more like small ants rather than pictures of bed bugs we found on the Internet. The front desk manager was very nice and comped us for the night and switched or luggage to another room while we were out that day. The only problem was that the new room couldn't have been farther from the ellivator. I actually measured it to be over 100 steps which adds up every time you want to go to the lobby or leave for dinner etc. then when checking out they said they would e-mail me my receipt but it's been over 2 weeks and I have not received it yet. Overall, it's a nice Hotel and a great location, but I may look for another place next time we visit.

We stayed here in the winter and I can only imagine how it would have been in the summer. It was great with a mini-fridge so we could buy some breakfast at the grocery store just the other side of the parking lot. Good pick.

the location was great for shopping at the outlets in town.

The hotel is convenient tot he freeport downtown area - no driving/parking or navigating required. The adjustable beds didn't seem to adjust but were still comfortable.

Good location to walk around and enjoy dining and shopping

Nice stay--beautiful grounds and good parking. Need to replace lumpy mattress.
