Enjoy sea views, access to a super pool, walk to Old Town Alvor with lots of restaurants, BBQ in the privacy of your sea view balcony. Plenty of outdoor activities for all ages, including horse riding, golf or mini golf, hiking, sailing, beach time. Newly renovated in 2023 with friendly responsive hosts!

The apartment is on the top floor of a quaint condominium complex within a few minutes walk of the beach. The apartment was newly renovated and redecorated in 2023, and you’ll enjoy a stylish modern interior, spacious rooms, and fantastic seaviews.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and will also receive a key that allows them to use the condominium pool. We provide a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and dining on the large terraces.

The Council of Portimao charges a 2€ per person per night tourist tax. This will be added to your booking cost under the category of 'Property Fee' - we will then remit this to the relevant authority at the time of your check-in

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment within walking distance to Alvor centre . Great facilities, very comfortable apartment. Parking outside the apartment along with well maintained pool . Would recommend a visit.

Fabulous Apartment

Location and spec of apartment was 10/10. Chairs on terrace were fab but only 2, not sure how often the pool gets cleaned but never saw anyone there and loungers were the hard plastic ones. Other residents have the plastic mattresses.

Beautiful property lots of space with lovely sea views. Access to a pool. 10 minute walk into Alvor with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk to beach. We rented a car but also a bus atop is nearby. Would recommend a boat trip to see the Algarve coastline and caves from the sea
