These odours are not permanent, do not result from poor construction or work failures and, up to now, no concrete cause has been identified. They have an intermittent nature and are difficult to predict, and may or may not be present during the stay.Upon making the reservation, the guest acknowledges and accepts this particularity of the accommodation, already reflected in the presented rate. For this reason, refunds or relocations related to this aspect are not possible.It is FORBIDDEN the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer.
