TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.

If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.

Fabulous stay
We stayed in this lovely apartment nay 2024,its a great space,2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which was closed in for those breezy evenings,close to bus stops gor Portimao where buses and trains go all over the Algarve,special mention to the young lady in Nuris2 office,she is lovely and will go above and beyond to help you.

Excelente localização, boas áreas, um T2 c/2 casas de banho.
A cozinha necessita de um upgrade, armários, falta o exaustor, mais pontos de luz debaixo dos armários e zona do fogão, menos luz branca na sala e mais luz indireta na cozinha e sala. São pormenores que podem fazer ainda mais a diferença.
