It is fully equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and another with a double bed, air conditioning, and access to the property gate. Between them, there is a bathroom with a shower. Before the living room, you will find a storage room with an ironing board and iron.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area features a large table and a sofa, both overlooking the pool and with direct access to the outdoor area.On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bedroom has a bunk bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe, while the last one has two single beds and air conditioning.Outside, the villa offers a barbecue area with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, a hammock, and sun loungers. For entertainment, there is a ping pong table. The pool can be heated (optional extra), as well as the jacuzzi (optinal extra). The property also has a private parking space for one car.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
