Other than the weather being terrible (I'm not saying it could be helped) the place was nice, the staff were accommodating and knowledgeable. I wasn't happy with the noise the workmen were making but they were doing a job.

Great customer service

Reception staff really pleasant and helpful. Some parts of the exterior needs some attention especially near the garden view. The pool area is kept clean and tidy and the 2 guys who look after it were very friendly and attentive. Overall the customer experience was really good

I stayed with my daughter in a small apartment for 8 days in February . Location is very convenient, 10 min walking to the beach. The people in the office is very nice to deal with and helpful. You can find everything you need in the kitchen, enough towels, and very handy to have a washing machine. We'll definitely come back and highly recomed this place.

Great for a laid back holiday

Excellent apartments, great location, easy walk to the beach which clean and plenty of sun loungers. The small town of Alvor has plenty of restaurants and bars. No free WiFi in rooms but can purchase but most restaurants and bars have free WiFi not a greet problem.

Very enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Torralvor. The 1 bedroom apartment catered for all our needs and was very clean. The staff were very helpful if we had a query. The complex has a big swimming pool and spacious sunbed area. There is also a couple of bars and bistros on site with all staff very pleasant. We will definitely return here.
