The apartment has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms (1 of them is a suite and all with Queen and King beds), 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and 1 service toilet. Fully equipped dream American kitchen. Terrace of about 60m2 with garden furniture (sun loungers and tables with chairs) with a frontal view of the ocean. Open space living and dining room with Smart TV. The property has capacity for 8 people (6 adults + 2 children). Delta Q coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Ceramic hob and microwave, 50' TV and WIFI are some of the facilities.

Guests will have exclusive access to the property and common areas of the condominium. Free parking next to the development and 1 parking space available.

Situated just 10 minutes from the marina of Portimão and Praia da Rocha with excellent access to the neighborhood. The condominium consists of only 2 buildings in band construction. Restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The area is very quiet. Car recommended, but not mandatory as the area is easily accessible for those who like to walk.

All our check-ins are in person and usually from 4pm. Let us always know your estimated time of arrival, since we could have other check-ins at the same time and we must schedule our team to be (if we did not have any unexpected issues) the first to be at property.

* If you are traveling by car give us always a call 1 hour before.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Rental services:
• Cot: 12 euros/unit/stay and baby chair: 7 euros/unit/stay
• Beach towels: 6 euros per towel/stay

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.
