1-bedroom apartment for holidays on the 1st line of Praia da Rocha beach with sea and beach views, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and only 40 m from the beach sand.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



Obs:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.



- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m³.

Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Beaches, restaurant, pubs right outside your door. The bed was comfortable. Free parking outside apartment. The floor was always cold. This could be due to the unusual cold weather. The rugs in the kitchen, bedrooms and toilet are easy to slip on because they more around when walking. Need rugs with a non-slip backing. The light switch outside apartment door don't work. This makes it pitch dark when leaving apartment in evenings until you reach light in hallway by elevator.

Alojamento equipado com tudo, muito bom. A capacidade elétrica, não se consegue ligar dois bicos da placa porque a luz vai abaixo. Muito difícil fazer as refeições, muito tempo gasto para as confecionar. Apenas era possível usar um bico de cada vez.
