We loved our week long stay here. The apartment was perfect for our family, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved having designated sun loungers by the pool and the pool was the perfect size for our 2 boys to play in. Our only complaint was that it was a little cool but was pleasant once in. The location is great as only a short walk into the centre of Alvor and a short 10 minutes drive down to the beach. The rear of the property has a busy road behind which we were aware of and didn’t bother us as we spent most time around the pool but may be something to bear in mind for others. We also loved having the supermarket so close and having a dedicated parking space under the building to keep the car out of the sun.

This apartment has everything you need and more, would highly recommend it ! Paula is on hand to your every need . 5 stars we loved that we had a private garden at the front.. pool at the back beautiful too. Very close to main town ..

Lovely Apartment

Had a lovely stay at the apartment, was so spacious and very clean. Loved the kitchen and everything we needed was provided. Great location close to town and short walk to the beach, a lovely pool and loved the garden area for relaxing if you didn’t want to be at the pool

Great apartment and location

This property is great. It has everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is plenty of room for 4 adults. It is well set up and very close to the pool. The enclosed private garden is an added bonus as well.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment

we travelled to Alvor with a larger extended family group all staying in Albur village. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped with everything needed for our stay. The location was great, right beside the pool area, with seating both front and back to take full advantage of the sun and a garden at the back which was very popular with the toddler in our party. The only concern I had was that the dishwasher door was broken on one side (which we were warned about) but it did cause a couple of minor injuries. The air conditioning was also not working properly. I did contact the owner during our stay about this but didn’t receive a response. These were minor inconveniences and overall we had a lovely time staying in albur village.

Friends stay in Alvor

The apartment overall was very clean and well equipped. However we did have a small number of issues. There is limescale in the second bathroom which was there having stayed in the apartment in September 2023. The door handle to the master bedroom is loose and needs attention. The lovely outside space-the rear garden-is a great area for the afternoon sun. But it is unusable due to a heavy covering of garden foliage which appears to have fallen from trees and shrubs. Maybe the condominium maintenance department needs to visit. Finally the air con in the apartment doesn’t work properly. We were warned on arrival, however previous guests have commented so obviously it needs fixing. However in spite of the faults it is a beautiful apartment in a great location. And we’re back again in September so hopefully things will have been looked at by then

Great Location

Excellent location.Supermarket on doorstep.bar 2 minute walk, gentle 10 minute stroll into town. Apartment nice n clean,Paula on hand for any problems. Shame that the A/C wasn’t working in main bedroom.Unable to be repaired whilst we were there.

Really nice and well kept apartment which was good for 4 adults and baby . Situation was good for alvor with beach and bus transport nearby and to most destinations as we were there for 6 weeks with no car which was'nt a problem for exploring . Alan and Anita

5 weeks vacation

The apartment itself is quite nice. However, there are some criticisms. The couch is worn out and urgently needs to be replaced. In my parents' opinion, the beds are far too hard, so they had to buy a mattress topper. The landlord's financial contribution to purchasing the topper was immediately rejected. Unfortunately, my parents also had problems with lots of ants in the apartment. Communication with the landlord can be improved. Elsa (on-site contact) is a good soul. If you have any problems, she is very helpful and a very friendly person.

Very Good

Great location - 2 min walk to supermarket and Alvor, 15 min walk to the beach. Felt very safe, nice garden and shared pool. Elsa was very friendly too.
