Very nice apartment in amazing building complex right next to the highly popular seaside area of Praia da Rocha.

Set in a private development with fantastic facilities and plenty of parking, just 300 meters from the coast and 2 minutes from the popular casino and nightlife area of Praia da Rocha.

The development offers our guests communal areas with large swimming pool and kids' pool, indoor swimming pool and WC facilities, garden areas, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic area, kids play park and shops.

Access is done very easily and there is plenty of parking, and the building has lifts.

Inside, the apartment comprises a living room with dinning table and corner kitchen, family WC with bathtub shower, and 1 bedroom with double-sized bed.
The living room has a sofa-bed for extra guests, so the apartment sleeps a total of 4.

There is a nice sized balcony with table and chairs.

Very Poor Communication

Although the owner provided 2 telephone numbers, not one of my many, many calls was answered and no response to my messages or emails has occurred. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. There were no bulbs in the bedside lights. There was not even salt or pepper in the kitchen. The lady providing the key showed up 70 minutes late. Very poor showing and I recommend everyone looks elsewhere.
