The standard room we were given was very old and badly in need of updating. The outdoor balcony was full of mold. There was a weird old hot tub on the deck that probably hasn’t been used in 20 years. The room was tiny and there was no storage in the bathroom for any of our stuff. The manager was nice when I attempted to get an upgrade but they were not able to accommodate us. We will not stay here again and probably won’t book through an Orbitz deal again.

Every room has an amazing water view with such a quaint decor! The staff was incredibly helpful and just wonderful in general. Would absolutely stay here again :)

Beautiful room and view!! Will definitely be back!

The property is on the waterfront snd it does have a jucuzzi tub in the room. But it had pine needles (doug fir) in the bath room, rust from the empty metal ammenties rack on the tub, mold in the coffee maker, and particle board on the deck. And the continetal breakfast sucked. And it cost $280 for 1 night.

I read alot of reviews that had negative comments. Our stay was great, we had 102 the view was amazing. The room was beautiful. Some stains on the floor. But nothing terrible. Great room for the price!!

Great little hotel right on the water and near town.

Great place in Port Townsend. Incredible ocean views as well as Mt. Rainier from our room. Enjoyable experience, nice place.

Nice hotel right on water with easy walk to town. Unique Victorian decor in room. Beds ok but a little harder than I like. Staff very accommodating

We had a terrible experience here. Check in was extremely slow since they only have 1 computer and are strict with Check in time. Towels stained, bathroom walls filthy, carpet old and stained. But the most disgusting part was that we saw a bed bug when we lifted the sheets. We took a picture and showed hotel staff who took about an hour to find us another room. The mattress covers in both rooms were stained. Walls are thin, and we didn’t even eat their breakfast. Unfortunate experience for our anniversary, especially at this price point. Owner said he would have given us a refund but since we booked through orbitz there was “nothing he could do.” Would have honestly been more comfortable camping.

I was met by a very nice check-in staff who answered all of my questions about Port Townsend, gave me a map and helped me immensely. Later that night another staff member greeted us as we returned from dinner. The best part of this encounter was his service dog, Papi. He was quiet, friendly and well mannered. The people behind us had children and they immediately got down to pet him. What a great, warm welcome Papi provided!! We enjoyed our stay and found the Victorian theme very decadent! Gail Bell

Great location, very friendly agents, excellent room

Comfy bed, balcony over the water, jacuzzi tub. Anything this hotel was lacking, was made up by the view and the staff. Definitely going to stay here again. 10 minute walk into beautiful downtown.

I just loved this hotel, We were on the third floor facing the water. We had an outdoor balcony and we were able to watch the boats and the ferry on the Sound from our room. It was so peaceful and pretty to sit and watch everything going on out in the water. We also had 5 deer visit us, they were out on the beach.
