Nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. Place was clean and well kept up. Beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows too. Also not enough blankets. Love the history of this place though!!

They need to invest is quality sheets and, a carpet cleaning service.

Manresa Castle is an amazing place and made our trip to Port Townsend absolutely amazing! Great service, great atmosphere, beautiful castle and surrounding location. Would stay again in a heart beat!

The beds were so uncomfortable and old and there weren’t enough outlets and no air conditioning and the dinky fan they give you for the room barely does anything. Slept TERRIBLY

The building looks really great for its age, lots of cool old antique furniture, but nice new beds and modern bathroom amenities

I loved the authentic historical qualities of the property and the elegant simplicity of the room. It was quiet and pleasant, with a nice view. Mattress could have been more comfortable and the beautiful large windows would have been perfect with "filtered light" from gauze curtains, or something to soften the harsh blast of sunlight. I would definitely go there again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the historic charm of the entire facility. Restaurant food excellent

Hotel has a lot of charm! It’s a historic older building and they’ve done a great job keeping it for this modern time. The views are gorgeous from their eastern side.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean comfortable accommodations with views.. Granted walls thin but it is an old building and not unexpected. Not much noise from other guests though. Not close to downtown but you can walk to Safeway and there is a shuttle to downtown. Just keep in mind it is uphill to get back to the castle if one is not in good shape. It was no problem for me. Also did not encounter any ghostly activity.

We had a lovely view from our room, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. R a whole stay was delightful at Manresa Castle

This elegant old hotel is a piece of Port Townsend history. It's too bad the bar and restaurant are closed.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, very clean!

My sister was visiting from out of state and we wanted to go somewhere different. It is a cool old place.

Great character with good style Not your normal cookie cutter hotel. May not have some of the typical conveniences as chains but makes up in style. If you need a modern room do elsewhere.

I think the room we had, on the first floor, was very loud and the room was worn out.

The staff was friendly and as accommodating as possible. Third floor room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great view from my room and a spotless bathroom. Décor was definitely in step with the style of the hotel. Since it is a busy season in Port Townsend it should be noted that turnover time for a room will necessitate enforcement of 4 o'clock check in time.

New owners , No hot water for 20 minutes to the room , Power outlet's wouldn't hold phone chargers or C PAP machine , NO BREAKFAST , NO refrigerator in room , NO microwave , TV Sucked for reception ,, Motel staff lady was nice , I cancelled my second night stay there , We almost left the fist night !

Simple, easy going, didn't need to worry about computers. I was actually able to read and take notes one night with cider. I drank my cider out of my mug from the renaissance fair. I felt like I was able to go back in time a little. Good for tourists who have appreciation for simple and vintage lodging. The inside is much prettier than the outside. If you a technology nerd, than this may not be your cup of tea.

We miss the breakfast but understand that we can't always get what we want. We went down the road to the Marina and had a wonderful meal a the Blue Moose Café
