In Vesoul: cinema, bowling alley, covered market, etc. In a pretty village on the banks of the Saône, 10 minutes from Vesoul, Marie's house offers an ideal holiday setting: a large, unfenced garden, open to nature and the river. Nature lovers will be captivated by the scenery. The house is spacious, bright, and contemporary, just a few meters from the Saône River.

On the ground floor: a large living room with a dining area and a lounge area overlooking the river, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the first floor: a mezzanine with a single pull-out bed (90cm) that can be converted into a king-size bed (180cm) for two people, and a balcony overlooking the river. One bedroom with two single beds (80x200cm) that can be joined to make a king-size bed (160x200cm), and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. One bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) and an adjoining shower room with a toilet. Wi-Fi access.

Fishing is possible on-site: access to the banks of the Saône. The two cottages can be connected to accommodate 10-12 people.
