Secluded Fisherman's Cottage with large capacity near the Saône

The Saône Valley offers numerous possibilities: towpaths, walking and cycling trails, fountain and wash house circuits, and boat rentals. With its 300 meters of river frontage along the Saône, the Gîte du Pêcheur (Fisherman's Cottage) is a paradise for nature and fishing enthusiasts. This detached, secluded house, located 2 km from the village, comprises on the ground floor: a large living room with dining area, kitchen, and pantry. A wood-burning stove is available. There is also a lounge, a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. A folding bed and high chair are available for babies.

There is a terrace and a large, unfenced garden of 2000 m² bordering the Saône. A swing is also provided. Garage with sink for storing your bicycles and fishing equipment.

One pet maximum is allowed (not in the bedrooms) with a supplement of €5 per day per pet.

Swimming is prohibited on the property. Minors must be supervised by their parents or guardians.

Utilities and supplements:
Firewood provided. Linen rental: €10 for a single bed and €18 for a double bed. Towels: €5 per person. End-of-stay cleaning: €110. Pet supplement: €5 per day per pet.
Electricity: 8 kWh/day - any excess consumption will be charged at €0.19/peak hours and €0.16/off-peak hours, based on meter readings taken upon arrival and departure.
Non-smoking accommodation.
You will be welcomed to the gîte by the owners.
