Monarch on the Cape comes loaded with 4,000 square feet of refined décor, luxury features and the capacity to accommodate groups of up to fourteen. Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

A travertine marble apron adorns the private gulf-facing heated/cooled pool. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette just off the pool deck facilitating trouble-free entertainment. The grand entry welcomes all guests including those with disabilities. The entry level includes a master suite with direct access to the pool deck, a kitchenette and the elevator leading to all floors. The exclusive dune walk extends from the pool deck to the beach with no steps! This allows unobstructed beach access to a wheelchair or beach cart.

The second level offers a comfortable game space with mini bar and oversized chess board. Two master bedroom suites share access to a large gulf facing deck with sectional seating and a swing bed. There are two bunk rooms on this level with a shared bath and a laundry room.

The top level features a grand master bedroom suite, gourmet kitchen, luxury appliances and a hearth/conversation seating area. The large living room and dining area include direct access to gulf (sunset) seating on the deck. All décor, seating and entertainment features have been thoughtfully coordinated and extensively stocked.

BEYOND AMAZING!

What a wonderful property on a beautiful stretch of beach! So much room and so many amenities in the home that we just needed to add food and sunscreen. Owners are VERY easy to communicate with and were so kind and welcoming. The property exceeded our expectations. As a family that visits Florida every year, this is one of, if not my favorite, home that I have stayed. Highly recommend! Would absolutely return because we really did not want to leave!

Unbelievable Property

My children and grand children had our best vacation ever while staying at the Monarch. It was just beautiful in every way. Top of the line kitchen with all items that we needed. Beds were so comfy and each room just elegant. The house had a private walkway to the beach which was a short walk. Grandkids loved the pool and the men enjoyed the gas grill for grilling burgers and steaks. Absolutely recommend this 5 star property and plan to book it again next year for our family.

This place was everything we hoped for and more! The location and walking right out to the beach was amazing! The property manager and team were VERY helpful and prompt to answer questions !! Fantastic kitchen and extremely comfy beds. Lots of extra, comfortable seating on outside decks . Was great area to spread out while eating. Very nice pool area with lots of lounge chairs . We were a family group of 6 adults and 7 grandkids - (11 months - 14 yrs) . House was perfect for all of us !

This place was top notch from the beautiful furnishings and decor to the extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed all the extras... ice machines, coolers on every floor, supply of beach towels, and all the sitting/lounging areas with big screen tvs. The staff at Be Our Guest Vacation Rentals was extremely friendly and quick to respond when we had a need. We will definitely be using them again for our future stays. Thanks so much! This was a vacation full of great memories our family will never forget!

The bedroom sizes were spacious and love all the additional living space on second floor for the kiddos to enjoy. The pool was perfect size and we all loved the flat (no steps) beach access!!! The only true “issues” we encountered was our 3 year old nephew fell off the bottom bunk a few times because the mattress was really high and the air conditioning did not flow as good in the 4 bed bunk room. But thankfully there were plenty of fans in the closets to utilize. Also would love if there were more baking pans offered! We had to bake brownie cupcakes :) overall amazing stay and would definitely come back. - Kim Kenyon

It was our first time to the cape and what a magnificent home to enjoy the seclusion and beauty of the water and sun. Home is beautifully appointed and has wonderful access to the beach and sunsets! Worked well for 4 couples (no kids) for a work celebration trip. Amenities were great, stove/grill were terrific as we didn't want to leave for dinner. Local gem of the Scallop Republic was fun for happy hour and some music, still get home for sunset and dinner. Don't rent a paddle board and might suggest saving on bikes (or bring own) as not much to pedal to, just walk! Bring umbrella for poolside as sun was brilliant and no shade by pool or decks in afternoon. Lovely stay, thank you.
