Perfect Accommodations

House was wonderful! Fans available in closet (which was a plus bc I like noise to sleep). Ceiling fans in every room. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need! Beach towels plentiful! Beach chairs (and we left boogie boards and skim board for future guests- bc they wouldn’t fit to bring home). Retractable baby gaits at stairs (which were needed for our crew-but didn’t know they were there- so that was awesome!) so close to the beach and the pool was perfect! Host was very helpful and quick to respond w suggestions on local restaurants and questions! Very easy and relaxing vacation!!! We will be back for sure!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Killarney House. Upon arrival everything was clean and just as described online. The house was spacious, well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pickleball court. Communication with our hostess was excellent as well. This home scores extra points for providing an ice maker and covered parking for four vehicles. We hope to be back to make more family memories!

Remote beauty!

First time visitors to this area of Florida. The home was perfect for our multigenerational group. Loved being right on the beach. We were bummed the water wasn't clear during our week's stay, but it was a lovely setting anyway. House is beautifully decorated, very spacious and well stocked. Loved not having to bring our own chairs or beach towels. Property manager was super responsive to our concerns with quick communication and resolution.

beautiful home.

Very modern, comfortable and clean. Furniture and beds comfortable. All access points had gates which was good for our dog. Overkill for the two of us, but having all the amenities allowed us to plan our own meals and enjoy the local freshly caught seafood. Well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen items, etc. Would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful house right on the beach! Perfect for our large family vacation. House was stocked with more than I’d ever seen and provided many chairs and toys for the beach. Marissa was very responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. The welcome gift was such a lovely treat! A wonderful change of pace from our typical beach vacation. Will definitely return to this property!

Beautiful home for a family getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Killarney. The kids loved the bunk room. My elderly parents enjoyed the elevator. The beach was beautiful. The water wasn’t as clear as we had hoped but we would definitely stay there again. The hostess was very responsive.

Great Cape Escape

The property manager Marissa was great to work with. She responds quickly and made sure we had everything we needed lined up prior to check in. The property is great, and Marissa made the experience exceptional! The property is new construction in a nice community as described. On the beachfront with its own boardwalk. Everything in the description was just as advertised. No unexpected surprises and everything worked. Cleanliness was excellent (and the pool service cleaned the pool twice the week rented). Well equipped kitchen and all items were organized and clean when when we arrived. The cape is very quiet and we usually cook several meals while on vacation. The kitchen was a pleasure to use. We have rented multiple houses in the area over the years and we would not hesitate to rent Killarney again!

Amazing Home

We rented house with large group of family and friends for a wedding. We had the most amazing time. Marissa was excellent to work with and easy to communicate with while we were there with an issue we had with outside ice maker. Having the pool heated was so amazing to have with the chilly nights. The house is beautiful and everyone couldn’t believe how comfortable the beds were, even the bunks.

Fabulous!

We had a long 3 day weekend to celebrate my birthday with my family who ranged in age from 6 weeks to 69 years old + our golden retriever, Lizzie. The weather was fantastic, the accommodations were wonderful and the beach was beautiful. We had everything we needed at the home with many pluses such as the elevator and ice machine that made our stay even more comfortable.

Great location and property

We loved our stay! The property was beautiful and beachfront location was perfect. The house has everything you need. We loved having the small private pool on the porch and access to pickelball courts. Marissa was super responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Trip

The Killarney beach house on Cape San Blas was a perfect stay for a birthday celebration during July 4th. Marissa at Bella Coastal Rentals was a pleasure. Definitely would recommend this property. Perfect view of water and a private beach walk was so nice. Also, elevator made loading and unloading so easy. Plus the ice machine was perfect.
