Welcome to K&K’s Coastal Getaway!
BEACH ACCESS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET!
Pet friendly beach & home!

Escape to our 3BR/2.5BA coastal getaway, beach access across the street, two pools (one heated), playground at one of the pools, one of the pools also has a very shallow splash pad type thing (perfect for small kids) and a complimentary golf cart! Our home has beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, beach wagon & umbrella included! Board games and TVs inside for the perfect mix of fun and relaxation! Fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill for you to stay in and cook! Pools are about 3 minute drive from property! Construction directly across the street and next door is done. There is currently no construction going on at this time.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

The unit is on a small road no where near the pools. The pools are in a different subdivision a quarter mile down the road. The golf cart while nice can’t legally be taken anywhere off the road the unit is on due to Florida laws. The unit is new and has the bare necessities. One of the rooms had sand in the sheets and had to be washed before the kids could use it. For the money I will be going somewhere else next time.
