The space:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with pack n play and baby gate in closet, black-out curtains, hangers, luggage rack & laundry basket. Smart TV w/ alexa. Mattress and pillows are encased for allergen and bedbug protection.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, black-out curtains, smart TV, Alexa smart device. Luggage rack & laundry Basket in closet. Mattress and pillows are encased for allergen and bedbug protection.

Bedroom 3: King Bedroom, black-out curtains, smart TV, Alexa smart device. Luggage rack & laundry basket in closet. Mattress and pillows are encased for allergen and bedbug protection.

Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Bunks, with 2nd pack n play & laundry basket in closet. Black-out curtains, TV mounted low to add your own video game console, (will need your own hdmi cable) & DVD Player. Books & DVDs provided as well. Mattresses and pillows are encased for allergen and bedbug protection.

2 Bathrooms: Bath & hand towels, wash rags, along with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Hospitality kit, make-up towels, and hair dryer provided. Master bath has stall shower and a separate garden tub. 2nd Bathroom has shower/tub combo.

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, board games, & bar area. Mattress and pillows are encased for allergen and bedbug protection.

Kitchen: Everything you need to cook meals, coffee pot with provided K-cups & fractionated coffee packet for drip coffee to get your started. Sponge, Dish soap, and dish towels provided. Smoothie maker, toaster oven, kids dishes, booster seat and more!

Laundry: Pods & Dryer sheets to get you started.

Garage: Ping-Pong table, arcade games, 4 bikes, 6 seater golf cart, 2 adult and 1 youth kayak, & TV with firestick. Beach toys, chairs, towels, & floats. Beach bag is our gift to you!

Back patio: Propane griddle & seating.

Guest access:
Guest can use full house, golf cart is available only to drivers 25+ with waiver signed, & driver's license and insurance card provided. Golf cart & kayaks are only for use inside Windmark neighborhood. Must provide own transportation of kayaks.

Other things to note:
Max of 2 dogs allowed with approval & non-refundable pet fee.
