Close to the owners' house, this lovely cottage is located halfway between Nantes and the sea, in the quiet countryside, near the Château de Briord and its forest, and the Acheneau River (fishing).
Private, unfenced 300 m² garden and terrace on a 4000 m² property. Ping-pong and 2 adult bicycles are available. Locked bicycle storage.
Living room (stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds), shower room/toilet.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player, cot/bath, and high chair.
Included: sheets.
Not included: electricity, wood-fired heating (pellets), and towels (€7/person). A mandatory cleaning fee is €75 for business customers.
