Girls trip

The property is in a great location. Didn’t need the car at all once we were there. We did not use the car space though as too small.Balconies on 3 sides of the apartment and plenty of space for us to spread out. The view is spectacular with everything you need less than 200m away.We will be back

Great stay with superb views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and wonderful place to stay. We’ve stayed in this apartment a number of times on our visits to Port Macquarie and love it. The view is great and the amenities good also. If anything, air conditioning in the apartment would enhance the experience as it can get quite hot in the summer months. Other than that, it meets all our expectations for a great stay.

Great views and lication

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walk to shops beach and restaurants. Great views and a very roomy apartment. Kitchen is well supplied with utensils etc.lMattress on queen bed in main bedroom was not very comfortable and apartment could use either air conditioning or insect screens. There is usually a lovely breeze but leaving the windows and doors open allows insects to enter. Also, the car parking space is diabolical - after three days of difficult manouvering every time I moved the car, I decided to leave the car for the rest of the week and walk everywhere!

Carpet needed a professional clean stains in every room, Mats and carpet squares grubby at least 20 years old never cleaned need to be replaced very off putting. Pedastool fan in living room rusty and black paint chipping off and blowing on the carpet so we couldn't use it (very hot no air cond or fan) blockout curtains in main bedroom would not close so had lights on all night from caravan park. Very comfortable bed in main mattress topper fantastic went and bought one the same the next day after we got home. Over all the unit was in perfect position and very spacious and would be a pleasure to stay in if it had the touch of a professional cleaner.

Excellent location, well appointed, tastefully furnished but.....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an excellent property in a fantastic location. It is very well appointed and tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. My major reservation is for an apartment of this type and price range it was not equipped with aircon in the living area. Whilst there the temp climbed to 30 degrees with up to 90% humidity which made the living area very uncomfortable. At a minimum a ceiling fan would have made things tolerable. This spoilt our stay. Because of this I am unable to recommend this apartment to anyone else.

The only two things this property had going for it was the location and view. Other then that the smell of urine walking into the main bedroom was absolutely horrible The state of the carpets and the overall cleanliness of the property was pretty disgusting The fan in the lounge was completely rusted out the heater in the lounge room would not even work And we didn’t even use the utensils or dishes due to how dusty it all was Overall pretty dissatisfied!!!!

This unit was wonderful for a Winter Escape. Even though many of our 8 days there were rainy when the sun did come out the view was glorious and the sun poured into the unit. being very close to the centre of town was great as there is a lot to do in Port and we were able to walk everywhere once tyhe rain stopped. There was only a small heater in the main living areas but it was adequate. There was a bit of noise on the street late at night (usually people walking back to the caravan park) and I did wonder if it could be noisy in the Summer months as it is certainly close to all the action in town. There is no airconditioning or fly screens so again I wonder if in Summer the unit might night be as ideal. Certainly I would highly recommend it in July.

Best thing about this property is the location and view! I didn't realise linen was not provided (I obviously didn't read the fine print when booking), so come prepared or be willing to pay a decent amount extra through an external company for linen. Also worth mentioning there was very little toilet paper provided, no spare bin bags and the shower is very mouldy.View and location was awesome but I probably wouldn't stay again.
