Entrance is through the large, south/west-facing gravelled courtyard, sheltered from view behind its high stone walls. Ideal for lunch or a barbecue! This cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a pretty veranda and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge. A garden furniture set allows you to dine al fresco in the interior courtyard. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and 1 mezzanine bedroom (140 cm sofa bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Free on-street parking is available. A teleworking space is available in the living room or on the mezzanine upstairs. Port Louis is one of the jewels of South Brittany not to be missed! This little corner of the world is located on a peninsula bordered by the sea... Here everything can be done on foot: visit the magnificently preserved Citadel with its Museum of the East India Company, admire the picturesque fishing port, swim at the supervised beach of Pâtis (2 minutes away), indulge in fishing on foot... Here, you will be close to the shopping and lively streets (bakery, mini-market, tea room-bookstore, media library, concert cafes, restaurants...). The Ports are 2 minutes away, there are batobus departures to Lorient (in 20 minutes) or the Gâvres peninsula and Larmor-Plage (in 10 minutes)!
