Situation
This apartment is located in a large house (ground floor + 1), on the first floor (stairs).
The house is located on the northwest border between Larmor-Plage and Ploemeur, less than 5 minutes from the town centre of Ploemeur and Larmor, about 10 from Lorient, the base, the city of sailing.
The house was built between 1978 and 1980 and was completely redesigned, restructured, insulated in 2019 to accommodate 5 new apartments.
