This harmonious 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small, sought-after residence with unobstructed sea views. The entrance hall, with a closet, leads to the living room opening onto a fitted and equipped kitchen area (pyrolytic oven, refrigerator, 2-burner vitro hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher). The living room benefits from a large balcony with a sea view. The apartment has two bedrooms opposite each other, with two single beds (90 cm) and one single bed (140 cm) in the bedroom with a sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a toilet. All amenities are within walking distance, and there is private outdoor parking.

*Housekeeping: We require that trash cans, refrigerator/freezers, and dishwashers be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the designated containers in town. If you choose to have linens, they must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
