Stunning stay at Casita B Magnolia Beach

Great location in view of the beach and private fishing dock. Quiet, peaceful and easy access to the local coastline with Port Lavaca not too far away. Beautifully decorated casita with everything needed for a long weekend trip.

Awesome experience

Awesome place for a visit. Fishing pier just a walk from the house. Good experience. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Will be coming again

Fishing hideout

Cabin has great communications with property owners. Invitations to local diners and pier gatherings appreciated. Great morning sunrises if you haven’t already left to fish yourself.

Our Get Away

Place was very clean and nice. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Her husband helped us with fishing tips. They had a very nice pier to fish off. We even caught a 27” red drum off the pier. Will come back!

28th Anniversary

My wife and I have stayed here before. We decided to go to the coast and go fishing for our anniversary. Our first choice was Las Casitas. Awesome fishing dock. Thank you Rosangely!!

Cozy Fishing Shack

This is a great location for a fishing getaway with a group of w or more. Place is small but had everything you need for a short fishing trip. My two sons joined me and they enjoyed fishing on the pier. Not far down the road is beach access where you can get in the water. We didn't do that but saw others doing so. This is just a really great place away from city life. The owner of the property was a good communicator.

Nice place in a RV beachy area

Enjoyed the stay, the place was as I hoped. Suggestions: The head board doesn't really work,, suggest installing a real one. The towels were thin The water pressure was very light It would have been nice to have a few extra pillows and blankets. I never did find the dumpster. I never did figure out the bedroom AC unit, if it works.

A Wonderful Wedding Anniversary Gift

Went to Port La Vaca house hunting and celebrating our 35th year of marriage, surprised my wife with a beautiful stay at small duplex style house called Casita B instead of a hotel room. The house was wonderful very private and right by the beach front. It has a great view of the bayfront and you can walk the beach for a long stretch. This Casita had all the provisions needed to be comfortable. Very Cosey and romantic. I would highly recommend this place and would certainly stay there again in the future.

Great Fishing Getaway

My husband and I really loved the location and the house was beautiful. It was clean and easy to follow instructions were provided to us with a map of surrounding places. We would definitely stay again! The only sad part was that the fishing pier down the road was closed, but we found so many other places to fish.

A nice little place on the water

Nice little property, well stocked, very clean. Walking distance to the public pier, it was closed when we stayed but we spent most of our fishing time in Indianola, just right up the road a few miles.

Goin' fishing!

The property itself is great and communication with the property manager could not have been better. IMO, it's very much a place to go and chill out and do some fishing. This is not an area full of souvenir shops and lots of restaurants. We loved the proximity to Matagorda Bay... It's about 60 yards straight out the front door and there are plenty of places to wet a line. Casita B was clean, well appointed and the perfect size for the two of us. We will be back!

Needing a time away

I was very pleased for my getaway retreat. The space worked for a one person getaway. Rosangely was very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Perfect quiet, The 3 SSS - Need your Sea, Sunrise and Sunset time this is it!

We were looking for a no fuss, no crowds, no bars, no restaurants hide away from the city and see the water from a deck, the front room and the bedroom. This did it. All wrapped up in a quaint little apartment. Recommend you give it a visit!

Magnolia beach house

Clean conveniently located property on the beach. Had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Friendly owner and property manager made us feel welcome!
