With cozy comforts, resort-style amenities, and that laid-back island vibe, your perfect getaway starts here. Enjoy your stay in our cozy, newly remodeled home. Our tiny home is 393 square feet so this is ideal for couples or 2 people and a child due to limited space.
What to expect:
Bedroom: 1 queen bed. (Twin blow up mattress if you have a child- only available upon request)

****Things to Note**** -To enter the community you do have to cross a swing bridge. There will be slight delays to cross when boats are passing since the bridge will need to open. During peak summer seasons the delays can be longer.
- A mandatory $10 guest fee that is paid through the Welcome Center. This will provide you your own vehicle pass and gate code to enter the property. The Welcome Center Hours are open Mon-Sat 8am-5pm and Sun 8am-4pm. If you arrive after hours the Security Guard at the gate will have your information to let you in but you will still need to go to the Welcome Center the following day to register.
-Stays longer than 60 days may require a rental lease agreement
-Please pardon the construction going on in the subdivision right now. They are redoing the streets currently.

Please rinse off any beach items that were used and place them back in the bin that is located on the deck.
Please turn off lights and dehumidifier if used. Also please empty the water from the dehumidifier if it was used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Enjoyed stay (2 weeks). Entire community was being reworked. All streets were torn up for new drainage and water. We’re not able to use unit parking for 3 days. This is a major project that needs to be completed. Work will continue for a long time. Rental is acceptable, but not perfect. Needs user manuals for mini split a/c ‘ s. All appliances worked. This rental worked for us. Loved area.

The location was great, super close to the island and was also easy to get to other local cities nearby for amazing tacos. It’s not a massive spot but for two of us (me and my girlfriend) it felt just perfect. The tv in the living room was big, the air conditioning was strong, the kitchen had just about everything you’d need, and the shower got hot if you needed it to. If i had to nit pick, the bed could have been a little more giving but honestly i slept like a baby every night so it wasn’t really an issue. Overall loved my stay and will probably be back next time i visit!
