Waterfront fishing cottage 1BR 2 bed in Long Island Village & Dolphin Watch!!

Watch for dolphins, fish from the deck, or just relax in this remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath cottage with sofa sleeper that can accommodate four people. Walk-in shower, granite countertops throughout. With beautiful views of the inter-coastal and right next to the boat-ramp of Long Island Village. Has its own private boat dock so it is perfect for a fishing getaway. You can fish from your own private dock or if you have a fishing boat, you can be on the Laguna Madre bay within minutes. There is a fish cleaning station on the property. You can see Dolphins feed on the intercoastal by the bridge in the afternoons. around 5-7pm. Long Island Village charges an $90 fee per stay for gate passes and wristbands for use of the facilities. Wristbands must be worn in pool area, gym, golf course.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

The Property was fine although we had some issues with the steps. Lots of high steps for an older couple. (Need handrails) There needs to be an instruction sheet for TV and Wi-Fi hook ups. Boat slip was nice but cleats need work and one more intalled.

The house was beautiful and comfy, has everything you need. The owner is so friendly and helpful! The fishing is excellent and you see dolphins every day 🐬 we highly recommend renting this home and we will be going back ourselves.
