Welcome to Gulf Cove. Our waterfront home offers direct, deep water access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the world class fishing, boating and beaches of the greater Charlotte Harbor and Englewood waters. When not out on the water, you can also view the gorgeous Florida sunrise and sunsets from the private dock, large back yard or or lanai year round! Enjoy swimming in the new heated pool. This is a very quiet neighborhood. Inside you have beautiful water views and access from both the family room or separate screened lanai. The home has an updated kitchen and floors.
The home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Including super high speed internet (400 MB/s), TVs ready to sign in to your favorite streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig and everything you need. All linens and towels are also provided. The home has a washer and dryer. Beach chairs and Umbrellas and fishing rods are also available for use at the home. We have provided everything for you to enjoy your stay.
