I made the reservation through expedia. I was traveling there when I recieved a voicemail they had no WIFI and needed me to cancel the reservation and remake it. I called them back immediately and reached what I believed to be a call center for them and they said my reservation was still good. I explained the message and she placed me on hold and came back to say the reservation was indeed cancelled because of their issues. I said can you please book me as I'm enroute. She said they had no bookings available. I went to the Hampton Inn and it was awesome, cleanest hotel ever, best breakfast ever and I'll go there from now on.
