This newly remodeled cozy home is the answer to enjoying your time in Florida. Kitchen is fully furnished with coffee pots, microwave, cookware, dishes and more. Brand new installed bathtub. Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. Neglected property maintenance

The house is in poor shape and hasn't been maintained. Dirty carpeting, area around the pool is cracked and chipping. The bathtub drain and sink were both clogged, and the owner neglected to do anything about it during our three months stay. The latch on the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. Spare bedroom fan was loose and wobbly.

Nice home

Very nice home in a nice relatively quiet neighborhood. Well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen. Anything we needed was there. Almost like being home. Only a couple miles to Warm Mineral Springs Park.
