Open plan downstairs living area comprising kitchen, seating & dining area; Sitting room; Stair gate. Well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, microwave & large fridge/freezer; Highchair. Lounge room/TV nook with television with USB & HDMI ports; DVD player; Board games; DVD’s. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor entertainment area with seating & large umbrella; Hooded Weber gas barbecue; Lawned rear yard overlooking beach; Bocce. Fish cleaning facilities. Outdoor shower with hot water. DIRECTIONS: Once in Port Broughton, follow Bay Street towards the jetty before turning right onto West Terrace which becomes John Lewis Drive. Continue along John Lewis Drive for around 1.5km, and look for number 145 (on the left/beachside), with a yellow holiday rental sign out the front.
