Would stay here again

The place has great amenities: corn hole, large fenced yard, allows pets, board games, BBQ grill etc… it was clean and well cared for. We loved our stay here.

Memorial Wknd with college kids and their friends

Great location and cabin. We walked to the beach to meet up with friends. Cooked all our meals and ate on the deck together. The cabin comes with games and plenty of chairs. We had an incredible time and will absolutely return! Where's The Lime was perfect for us!!!!

Great location to access brach and the layout of the house is ideal with the split floors. No issues with the wifi, however there was no amazon firestick remote for the primary tv in the living room. The yard for the dogs is perfect, its fenced in with plenty of space. The front door is a bit tricky is doesnt latch property unless applying some addtl force. Overall the experience was great even with a few minor issues.

Loved the Lime!!!

Loved how the layout created space for us to spread out and enjoy quiet time. Allows kids to play video games during the heat of the day, papa to watch TV and some reading and sketching time for me on the upper deck. Upper deck was also great for watching the 2 hour fireworks show! Location is close to everything important, the Beach, Stingaree, the Big Store, Frio Loco, Molcajate. So nice of the owners to share beach chairs and toys so we didn't have to bring or buy those. Loved the wind chime!!!

Great dog friendly spot!

This beach house is perfect for two families or friends if you don’t mind bunking in the same rooms! Bonus for being dog friendly and having such a reasonable pet fee. There is a gate on the stairs so the dogs could enjoy the patio and dry off from the beach. Plenty (3) water hoses to wash the dogs and shoes off. Outdoor shower is perfect after the beach! And then backyard with the fire pit makes the perfect place for people and dogs to hang out around the fire together and be enclosed. Property management replied within minutes every time. And the house had everything we needed and more in the kitchen for cooking.

We enjoyed our stay!

Overall this is a lovely home. A little rough around the edges but when staying at the beach perfection is not expected. I will say the extra fees were outrageous causing us to pay almost double the nightly fee. So for paying that much to stay over the weekend our expectations naturally were a bit higher although we tend to be simple people. It was incredibly hot in the home when we got there, which is understandable to turn the air up while no one was there, we get that. But throughout the entire stay the AC temp kept getting turned up on us. Not sure if that was an automatic setting or if it was happening manually. But it was happening all hours. We would wake up in the middle of the night sweating, and sure enough we would check the thermostats and they were turned up to 75 again and again. 75 with the humid ocean air feels more like 80. With how much we paid to be there it was really silly to be skimping on the electricity bill like that. I have a toddler that likes her cartoons in the morning and several of the apps on the tv needed to be updated, and a password that we didnt have was needed for that. Not a huge deal since we were at the beach most of the day. There were frustrations but i dont mean to drag the place. We did have a nice time, the balconies were lovely and the location was great with having a golfcart. I would highly recommended bringing or renting something to go back and forth to the beach in.
