We loved this home. They need more everyday things like, pen, paper, sissors, crock pot and hand soap. The top two windows in the master shower need to be covered. The neighbors next door can see everything.We had to use foil to cover the windows to be able to use the room.

Seashells by the Seashore was such a beautiful home to stay at with my husband and four children. We will definitely be back!Pros:The view!! We spent so much time on the porch watching the waves roll in and spotting the ships coming and going from port. The living room was spacious enough for all of us to hang out comfortably and the kids enjoyed all the board games, legos and magnetic tiles. Quiet neighborhood. Clean, beautiful beach with tons of shells. Great kitchen appliances, dishes, pans and bake ware. Comfortable beds. Cons: (very few and not major)No dressers or closet space in master bedroom to put away your clothes. No pitcher in the kitchen for tea, lemonade, etc. Coffee pot k-cup would always splash and make a huge mess on the counter and front of the coffee pot when using the coffee cups provided.Oven is directly beneath a smoke detector. Just opening the oven when it’s set at 400 degrees will set off the smoke detector, lolNo extra throw blankets for sitting on the couch or the porch to stay cozy (we visited in November and the evenings were cool).No beach towels. (Thankful for amazon prime). This home is beautiful and spacious and very luxurious. The cons are easily overlooked and could be fixed by planning better beforehand.

Luce sold 4053 Biscayne for me about 5 years ago. Seashells is just across the street so it was like a homecoming. Great stay with my son and 3 brothers. The house was fantastic and weather was perfect. We've rented larger houses in Biscayne but this one was the newest and nicest by far. Had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Kinda sad to see it turned in to a rental..
