This place was breathtaking. Gorgeous views of the Juan de Fuca straight and Canada beyond. It was so relaxing hanging out on the porch with such scenic surroundings. The cabin was wonderful and had everything my family needed. The location is perfect as the drive is 8-10 minutes into down. Added bonus: the neighborhood dog, Gurl, visited is every evening. Lovely visit.

The mountain cabin was really nice!! We loved being out a bit and it had a great view. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck!! Our only concern for future stays was the air conditioning. We had hot temps - the fans worked ok, but you might consider adding a similar ductless air conditioning unit like you had in the lower level. Lower level was very damp and cold - maybe that is why you had the ductless unit. We kept air on there to pull humidity out. The 2 main levels were warm. I am guessing most of the time open windows work, but it was quite warm during our 3 day stay. Lots of nice quality touches!!

Family vaca
Took the family to Pacific NW for first time. Found this location for 7 adults to be great. Not too far from town if you need to get something and far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet and the wonder view. Close to trails and activities during the day. Very clean and well equipped to cook meals and lots of games for younger family on lower level. Would recommend.

Five stars is not enough for Mountainside
The cabin was exactly as listed and even better in person! The view, hot tub, fire pit and location was perfect. The landscaping was beautiful. Wireless phone chargers, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds were appreciated. Enjoyed time on the covered front porch during rain showers. Easy access to town and Olympic NP.

Great location. Convenient to both Olympic NP and Port Angeles. Everything we needed was there. The best recommendation I can give is that I hope to visit Olympic NP again in the future and would want to stay in this house.

Great Homebase for ONP Adventures
We loved our stay at this cabin. It is well planned, well appointed, and in a great location for adventuring into ONP. The view of Victoria, BC from the kitchen and deck was incredible. The deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. Communication with the owner was prompt and they were very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We were very lucky to have some gorgeous days and views while staying at this property. The house is well decorated and gives everyone plenty of space to have their own adventure. Just a few minutes from hitting the major access points to the national park. This location was a pleasant refuge after a day of hiking and other adventures.

An ideal Port Angeles base for our family
My family loved this home in the hills above Port Angeles. With views across to Canada, but only 10 minutes from downtown, this was in an ideal location for visiting the parks and sights in the area, while easily getting to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is very well appointed, with nothing missing that we could have needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, watching the ships passing by, and the local welcoming committee, aka Gurl the border collie, who came by to say hello most days.

Woodland Wonder
This was a stellar property well appointed, cozy bedding, well stocked and labeled kitchen, cordless charging in each bedroom, and heated floors. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown Port Angeles. On clear days there are beautiful distant views of the water. The surrounding garden on the property made it feel like a woodland fairytale. Diana was a responsive host. Don’t hesitate to book it!
