Port Allen Vacation Packages

Check was easy. Misha at the front desk was fantastic. She provided us with an island map with many hints to see the sights. She covered all the necessary details regarding our stay

The facilities were nice, it was a bit frustrating in getting around, it was advertised that there was airport pick up and shuttles to the local shopping centers, but there was not. I didn't rent a car but should have, parking was so expensive, ubers were so expensive and food at the hotel was so expensive. The restaurants would were not accommodating, I brought my grand daughter and she was getting a little home sick and really wanted to have comfort food, but she was too old for the chicken strips and the waiter would not get them for her. He said if he gave her them he would have to charge her more. She would have been happy to get the child's portion.

We had a great stay. 1 Kitchen restaurant and staff were great. Spa (Masseuse Machiko) and Concierge (Paul), were great. Weline restaurant needs better service....it took too long to get our food here. They need to stalk their bike fleet with kids bikes. Overall, we had a great stay.

Well maintained property in a great area and lots to do

I love this hotel, is close to beach area, close to the Lihue airport, but the most important for us, Has a kitchen!!!
