Typical country property with Yacuzzi pool and large outdoor area

Alqueria is a country house with 5 bedrooms and lots of character, a combination of traditional, rustic and modern styles. The house offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors and is located in a quiet area, just a few kilometers from the city of Porreres.
On the ground floor there is an open dining room, which is connected to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen by a rustic archway. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. A TV room with DVD player (currently only German satellite TV), two bedrooms and two separate shower rooms complete the ground floor. On the first floor there is a living room with satellite TV, a fireplace and an adjacent toilet. Furthermore three double rooms with integrated, open bathrooms in the rooms.

The outdoor area impresses with its size and spaciousness. It offers plenty of space to grill, eat, lie by the pool, but also to retreat with a book in the hammock or to walk across the fields.
The salt-based pool measures 3.5 x 11 meters and offers a jacuzzi in the entry area.

Note: An old lady lives in the neighboring house. Her family members are allowed to use the entrance way as a passage and usually come over once a day to look after the lady.

The heating takes place via water radiators, the water in the radiators is heated with a wood stove. The owners provide firewood.
