Absolutely perfect

This house is better than the pictures. We stayed with our family of 5. Everything was very clean. All the equipments are there. In the morning the chickens are walking around and my kids enjoyed the pool and tenniscourt. You definitely need a car because coming to the place is quiet and adventure with the small paths, but it’s worth it if you like the peace and quiet.

Finca-Urlaub 2022

Sehr ruhig gelegene Finca mit guter Ausstattung. Ideal für Menschen, die Ruhe und eine ländliche Umgebung lieben. Die Pflanzen und Bäume auf dem Anwesen wurden sich selbst überlassen. Ein Bewässerungssystem war vorhanden, war aber nicht in Betrieb. Eine persönliche Einweisung war leider nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten dennoch einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Finca weiterempfehlen.

Außerhalb aber schön

Schon arg ausserhalb und nur 8km um den Müll wegzubringen liegt dieses schöne Häuschen mit tollem Pool. Ideal für Selbstverpfleger welche Ruhe und Einsamkeit suchen. Das Häuschen selbst ist schon bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert und die Ausstattung ist OK.

Wir haben 7 schöne Tage auf Mallorca in der Finca Can Soler verbracht. Für die Jahreszeit hatten bestes Wetter (2 Tage bedeckt mit Regen ☔). Die sehr ländlich gelegene Finca bietet einem entspannte Tage. Die freilaufenden Hühner mit Kücken und Hähne wurden in unser Gruppe unterschiedlich empfunden. Das Besteck könnte durch normale Messer und Pfanne erweitert werden. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle. Übergabe/Kommunikatin hat gut geklappt. Wir hatten eine schöne, entspannten Zeit.

Schöne Finka, tolle Lage

Waren zum 2. mal schon da. Saubere Finka, gut ausgestattet und sehr schön ruhig gelegen. Aussen Bereich könnte etwas mehr gepflegt sein. Toller großer Pool. Wir buchen wieder. Kein Ort für junge Leute die Party suchen. Zum ausruhen perfekt. Restaurants in der Nähe.

Sehr schöne saubere Immobilien!! Wir haben uns Wohlgefühl es hat an nix gefehlt. Der Eigentümer und Interchalet waren sehr zuvorkommend und es war eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir werden es auf jedenfall auch zum 3. mal wiederholen!!!

Tolle, gepflegte und gut ausge...

Tolle, gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Finca in ruhiger Lage, insbes. der große Pool (nachts beleuchtet), die überdachten Sonnenliegen, der gemauerte Grill, die Tischtennisplatte, etc. lassen keine Wünsche offen und bieten Entspannung pur. Nur das Krähender Hähne aus der Nachbarschaft sind morgens gewöhnungsbedürftig, schmälern jedoch nur geringfügig die positiven Seiten dieses schönen Objekts. Reisetipps: Lohnenswert sind Ausflüge zum Cap de Formentor (über Arta), nach Valdemossa + Deia, nach Port de Soller + Fornalutx, zum botanischen Garten "Botanicactus" in Ses Salines, zum Wochenmarkt in Santanyi (Mi+Sa). Schöne Badebucht "Cala Marcal" in Portocolom. Fantastische Paella im "L'Escrivania" in Porreres.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Lidl / Eroski in Felanitx, Lidl / Aldi / Eroski / Supermercado in Campos (1. Kreisverkehr rechts) von Porreres kommend.

Der Urlaub war im Großen und G...

Der Urlaub war im Großen und Ganzen sehr schön. Leider konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, weil die auf dem Grunstück lebenden Hähne und deren Nachbarnn sich in der Nacht und in den frühen Morgenstunden etwa 30 minütige Krähwettbewerbe geliefert haben. Das war sehr störend. Außerdem waren die Betten zu schmal, so dass mein Mann und ich getrennt schlafen mussten. Sehr schade.Dafür war sofort Hilfe zur Stelle, als der Backofen nicht funktionierte. Danke dafür.

Eines vorweg: ein Feriendomizi...

Eines vorweg: ein Feriendomizil so zu gestalten, dass es allen Gästen 100%ig gefällt ist nahezu unmöglich:, aber einige Dinge sollten schon gewährleistet sein, d.h. sie sind nicht vom Geschmack oder bestimmten Vorlieben abhängig.Wir (2 Personen) haben im Mai zwei Urlaubswochen in diesem Haus verbracht und können Positives, aber auch Negatives berichten:Positiv:– das Haus liegt ruhig und abgeschieden d.h. kein Verkehrslärm und/oder „laute Nachbarn“ (Die frei umherlaufenden Hühner und Hähne störten uns nicht, aber man musste natürlich des Öfteren ihre Hinterlassenschaften auf der Terrasse und/oder rund um den Pool beseitigen und auch das Krähen der Hähne ertragen.)– die Beschreibung und die Fotos der einzelnen Zimmer im Internet entsprechen der Wahrheit–das Haus war sauber, der Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche problemlos– die Küche ist mit allem versehen, was man als Urlauber so braucht– die vordere Terrasse ist ansprechend möbliert – die Liegen am Pool sind sehr bequem– der Kontakt zu Inter Chaletwar vor und auch während des Urlaubs völlig problemlos Reisetipps: Negativ:– der ca. 600–700 m lange Zufahrtsweg zum Haus ist mit teils sehr tiefen Schlaglöchern versehen, sodass wir uns um den Zustand unseres Mietwagens große Sorgen machten. Nach derBeanstandung unsererseits hat der Besitzer während unseres Aufenthaltes einige dieser Schlaglöcher verfüllt. – zu beiden Seiten des Zufahrtsweges stand das Gras ca. 1 Meter hoch. Bei der Durchfahrt unbedingt die Autofenster geschlossen halten – Zeckenvorkommen!!!– die Internetfotos sind wohl schon älter, denn sie zeigen ein sauberes und gepflegtes Außengelände, was absolut nicht mehr der Wahrheit entspricht– die hintere Terrasse ist völlig verdreckt – sehr schade, denn dort standen einige Sportgeräte; dawir die Terrasse nicht betreten haben, wissen wir nicht, ob sie funktionstüchtig sind– das Internet funktioniert nur sporadischFazit: Mit etwas Aufwand und Pflege –vor allem rund um Pool und Terrassen– kann aus diesem Ferienhaus ein Haus mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre werden, das man dann auch uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.
