A beautiful villa with a swimming pool is located in the village of Šušnjići, 11 km from Poreč and numerous beaches. Restaurants and shops are only 4 km away. On a large property area of 3000 m2, surrounded by greenery and a landscaped garden, it offers its guests many options for recreation and rest. In the fully fenced yard there is an outdoor pool (24 m2) with deckchairs and an outdoor shower, a children's playground with a slide and swing, a table for table tennis. The tenant (1 person) occasionally stays in the upper part of the house, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests.


Villa Natura has 170 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for 6 guests. The ground floor of the house consists of an equipped kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room with SAT-TV and a sofa. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the terrace, 2 showers/toilets and a separate toilet.

The arrival of groups of young guests and the organization of parties are not allowed.

Traumhaftes Häuschen im Grünen

Das Haus ist super sauber und genau wie im Inserat beschrieben, es ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin ist immer per SMS möglich und alle Fragen werden beantwortet. Der Pool war für unsere 7 jährige natürlich das Highlight, aber vielleicht sollte der Boden des Pools mal erneuert werden, der war etwas wellig, hat aber in keinster Weise gestört. Der Poll war sehr sauber. Die Umgebung war mit dem Fahrrad sehr schön zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus !!! Viele Grüße aus Sachsen :)
