One room has a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is a separate WC on the main level.

On the lower ground floor, you'll find another separate WC. The upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, houses two additional rooms. One room has a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, double hand-basin, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a terrace. The other room also features a French bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with access to a terrace. The villa has floor heating throughout.
