From this level, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower with WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this floor.

The lower ground floor provides an additional separate WC for added convenience.

On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, 2 further bedrooms are located.
