The house is extremely well maintained and the grounds are very tidy. The discreet owners live on the second floor but offer their guests complete privacy. In the village there is a store suitable for morning shopping, an excellent local restaurant and a café. The sea and the beautiful beaches are 4 km away.
Apartment Sophia of 60 square meters consists of air-conditioned living area with two seating sets and SAT-TV. Next door is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. In the air-conditioned bedroom there is a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The apartment has a covered terrace with a seating set, part of the garden with a barbecue and swing for two and a covered parking space.
