Great weekend, friendly staff. The hotel is located on the main business route. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Thanks to the staff for a nice experience. We'll be back.
The bed was perfect/ Did not eat any of their food/ The hotel chain charged my card after it was paid by travel company. I was charged two different amounts. I have to now fight the hotel for my money. I work on the road and I have not had this happen before when using travel company . The travel company charged me one price and the Comfort Inn charged me a different price. I will not be staying at this chain again in the future. They are not an ethical chain.
room smelled like smoke toilet clogged dirty towels left in foom
Passing through on our way to Branson, MO. We stopped here for the night and we were very impressed. Room was clean, breakfast was great, and staff was friendly!
Looked like bath powder all over the chair. I picked up money and a stone from the floor. When I turned on the between the beds lamps, The large spider web at the ceiling was unavoidably highlighted. The check in staff kept insisting on my American Express card...which I do not have. She was finally convinced when I showed my printout. Was not allowed a carton of milk for medications. Was directed down the street...did I mention the tornado sirens sounding?
This hotel is overpriced! Even at it's best, it's a small step up from a Super 8. I'd expect these ridiculous prices in a big city. The rates are higher in Poplar Bluff than in St. Louis. That's absolutely ridiculous.
Good Hotel, Breakfast serviced was good, Great having a Guest Laundry after traveling for many days.
Friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was it sounded like a herd of elephants was staying in the room above us.
Staff was GREAT!!! We plan on go back to visit family again in the spring and WILL be staying there again!!!
This was a nice hotel had a king bed and flat screen in my room and the room over all was very nice.
Time to open the pool. Hotel was great
It would be nice to have a hot breakfast
The Comfort Inn in Poplar Bluff was very clean, staff were courteous and friendly and the continental breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!
