The garden has an amazing play space with a 2storey wendy house, swing, slide, trampoline & mud kitchen. While the kids play, adults relax in the hot tub!

The drive can fit 8 cars with EV charging point powered by solar panels

The space
Sleeping 17 guests. The living room is a beautiful open plan space with large breakfast island and dining table big enough for 16 people to eat together.
3.5 bath / shower rooms. Peaceful bedrooms, several with their own TV.
Guest access
Guests will have free rein of the whole house and garden.
There is wheelchair access into the building but we're afraid bathrooms aren't yet set up for wheelchair use. Please enquire.

Great location and well equipped property, the owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The younger children particularly enjoyed the playroom and trampoline whilst everybody enjoyed the cinema room!

We had an amazing weekend. The house was perfect and we all enjoyed the garden - especially the children! We would have liked to have been in the garden/ used the hot tub later in the evening but this would obviously annoy the neighbours who are in very close proximity. Such a beautiful area to explore as well. Supermarkets are very close by plus takeaways. Thoroughly recommend Brownsea Island for a day out!

Beautiful home with everything you needed. The only downside we found was the games room was cold and took a long time to warm up.The hot tub went down to 35 degrees at 5pm and could not be used in the evenings, we have one ourselves and this should not be the case, it should be at the right temperature at all times, other than when it is used, then it should get back up to temperature with in hour or so, but this did not happen, so could not be used as thought until 10pm. A lot of the games had pieces missing so again could not be used
