Fantastic Beach House

We have stayed at MANY different beach houses in the area, we pick a new on every year but not anymore. We found the best one for our family. Access to the beach is quick and easy, the covered deck is amazing the AC is kickin and plenty of room for everyone to hang out wherever they want. Putting green is a plus! No problems and a great vacation!!

Beautiful beach on July 4th Weekend!

You can’t beat the location of this property! Almost private beach even on a busy holiday weekend. House was great and very accommodating for our family of 7 with adults, 4 and 1 year old. Communication with property manager was excellent! The online listing was accurate with poor WiFi and cell service due to lack of cell towers. Beds and linens very comfortable and new. Furniture in living areas and outside have seen better days - I understand it’s a beach rental but a good cleaning might be helpful. Otherwise it really was a wonderful place to spend our holiday week!

Great location

We stayed here with our grown children and our young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely covered lanai with comfy outdoor sectional, good gas grill which we used severaltimes. Recommend bringing your own beach gear- chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels etc. Good wifi, enjoyed the hot tub, shell and shark teeth hunting.

Location is great. Backyard makes the house. Inside the home there are many problems. Had to call maintenance a few times. We enjoyed the stay overall.

Great spot for The Players!

Family rented this unit during the Players Championship week. Great spot in a relatively secluded location. House came with beach access and beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Some of the house could use some updating, but overall a great place to stay!

Loved the beach setting

We had our daughters and grandchildren and partners for week. They all loved shelling and finding shark teeth on their beach walks. We saw the lights in St Augustine which was great. Great place for mixed aged family.

Private getaway

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Our house was extremely responsive and helpful. Plenty of room plenty of space. Perfect for every age group couldn’t ask for anything better, especially with small children. They had an entire floor, dedicated to their bunkbeds and playroom. Kitchen has very basic necessities But other than that it was a pleasant time. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful albeit a little dated. We didn’t have many nice days while there unfortunately but we did see a full rainbow right in front of us. The home was well stocked with most things. I would recommend bringing a laptop or iPad in case a tv doesn’t work (which was the case for us in the master). We had a small group and didn’t utilize a lot of the space but it was still a lot of fun. We would stay there again!

40th Birthday Weekend

This house is absolutely amazing. It had plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The beach feels like your own private beach with no one for miles. Also, the house is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The only issue that everyone brings up is that the stairs are tough to navigate for seasoned people. I found no issue with the stairs. I would say that quite a few things need to be update throughout the house. Furniture was really dated and falling apart outside and could be potential safety hazard. We had no issues but were very careful with the chairs upstairs on the balcony. Overall, great house!

So close to the beach!

Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Wonderful covered patio with a heavenly breeze overlooking the beach. Easy walk to beach. Sharks teeth galore if you are a “hunter”.

Perfect Beach House

Everyone had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house. The view was spectacular with the ocean mere steps away. Roomy, clean and comfortable for all of us ~ we will be back:)

Great beach front house for family vacation

We spent 6 nights at this fabulous home. The highs: immersive beach front view and access, clean, everything works well including climate controls,grill and coffee makers, well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds and pillows, good communication with the host and management company. Not really any “lows” but things to note: this home has lots of stairs- the 3 interior levels are accessed with a spiral staircase. Just be aware this is not a home for those with disabilities or needing mobility help. Also the home is starting to show its age and will be needing some TLC before too long. Traffic on A1A is fast and frequent- use care pulling in and out of the home. In summary, “gone coastal” is a really nice place to spend a beach vacation and we would stay again.

Excellent house on the beach

Our family and friends really enjoyed this property on the beach. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The house has a beautiful view of the ocean and it was nice to have such a big area (seemed private) to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again, but next time hopefully it will be sunny and warm!

View and location to ocean are fantastic

We had a great time just unwinding and decompressing. The location of this house to beach and nearby restaurants were very accommodating and convenient. Some things you need to know if staying here: 1. There are a fair amount of steps and a spiral staircase that you will have to negotiate to get your luggage into and out of the house. Just needs to be considered based on your physical situation. 2. The thermostats can be challenging if you want to change the settings. 3. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking essentials. There are two coffee makers (Keurig and filter type) 4, If you want to enjoy a fire you will need to pick up or bring some firewood with you. 5. The bedrooms are only accessible by the spiral staircase. The views and location to the ocean are fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay here and were well pleased with our stay.

Great location but in desperate need of an update.

This house is in a great location, just steps from the beach and the view is incredible. The beds were very comfortable. We were provided with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The house is very dated. The vinyl floorboards are damaged and lifting in several places, the furniture is old, the towels were worn and some had stains, a lot of the plates and bowls are chipped. Even though the house was clean, it still felt dirty because some many things were not in great shape. The pot holders in the drawer need to be washed as they have crusted food stuck to them. The sitting room by the kitchen could use more seating in my opinion. We looked forward to using the hot tub but it took over 24 hours to get it up to a usable temperature. The owners sent someone out to take a look at it and it was determined that it wasn’t broken, so basically you have to plan a full day ahead if you want to use the hot tub. The bath mats in all the bathrooms are old and crusty and need to either be washed or replaced. The cutting boards are cheap plastic and are so badly scratched up so must have bacteria in them and need to be replaced.

Wonderful

My family was in the area for our son's wedding. The house drew people together on the patio and in the kitchen. It was a great place to gather and celebrate. The ocean literally served as the home's backdrop. Made it worth the price of admission. There were two slight, yet solvable, issues. The upstairs was too cold (blankets). An alarm (living room) went off just prior to the upstairs cooling. Then it stopped. The house's spiral staircase may be a consideration for some when considering the property.
