Private: natural state property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 9.6 km, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 36 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 11 km.
"Do Moinho", 5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2007, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Recommended occupancy with 4 persons until 01.06. and from 01.10. as limited heating in outbuilding depending on weather conditions.
